FAQ + Shop Policies

Pieces can take up to a maximum of 2 weeks or more to process before shipment. Email us before purchase if you have any strict delivery deadlines.

 

☆ Sizing adjustment is free of charge. Info about sizes can be found in the description section of that piece. Please email me if you would like to request an adjustment.

 

☆ If your Pemako piece is in need of a repair or fix, please email me. I will be able to re-bead your piece for a labor fee, as Pemako is only a one-person run beading studio and bead structures can take up to 5 hours to fix depending on how bad the damage/intricate the piece is!

 

☆ Pemako is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. In the case this happens, customers can file claims through the USPS website. Please make sure your mailing address is correct before submitting your order.

 

☆ International orders outside of the US may incur customs fees/duties/VAT/taxes. Pemako is not responsible for collecting, processing, remitting, or paying these international fees and responsibility will be solely up to the customer! Please contact your local customs office for guidance, fee estimations, or questions before purchase.

 

☆ All sales are final. Pemako does not issue any refunds or return of items.
